What You Get:

iAreaMessenger account comes complete with One
Telephone Number and One Email Address.
Users are provided with a username and password for
web access and a voice passcode for phone access.
It's up to the user how they choose to retrieve
their messages whether through the web interface or
via dialing into the voicemail system.
How It Works:
All
incoming callers dial your iAreanet number (option
to port existing number is available) and you have
the option to answer the call, transfer it to
another telephone number, send it to voicemail - and
you have the flexibility to have your phone ring any
handhold device. Through our iAreaSettings you
can manage your call flow to work along with you
schedule. For instance, it's raining outside
and you want to work from home - simply point your
telephone number to ring your home phone and answer
all of our business related calls at home.
Later that day, you have a meeting, so you send your
calls directly to your assistant at the office.
After hours, when the business has closed you point
your calls directly to voicemail.
Retrieving voicemails, faxes, and emails is easy -
they can be retrieved from your inbox or via dialing
into your voicemail center. The system will
play your voicemails, read your emails, and notify
you of faxes. From there you can forward or
respond to any messages giving you the flexibility
to work from anywhere.
