iareanet will never reveal or disclose your company
profile and confidential billing information to our
customers or vendors. Your information will never be
sold or transferred from iareanet.
Subscriber’s
Information
In consideration for use of this Service, you agree to provide certain current,
complete, and accurate information about you, also known as Subscriber’s
Information (“SI”) to Provider. You consent to the use of your SI
for internal use by Provider, such as for market research directed at providing
you with better personalized service. Provider will use commercially reasonable
efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your SI (see section entitled “Privacy
Policy”), to the extent required under Federal law. You are free to
withdraw Provider’s access to your SI at anytime by e-mailing written
notification of the closing of Your Account to Provider at
Support@Iareanet.net. Provider will not disclose any information to
third-party, unless required to disclose such information by any applicable law
or legal process served on Provider. If any information provided by you is
incomplete or inaccurate, Provider retains the right to immediately terminate
your Service and your rights to use the Service.Subscriber agrees that Provider
is not responsible or liable for any notices, messages or other communications
from Provider to Subscriber which is lost or undeliverable due to inaccurate,
incomplete or out-of-date SI (including, but not limited to, Subscriber’s
external email address used for billing) provided by Subscriber.
Privacy Policy
Provider will not monitor, edit or disclose any files, messages
(including but not limited to e-mail, voicemail, facsimile and paging) or
telephony calls (collectively, “Communications”) that authorized Users
of the Service send or receive via the Service, except as may be required by law
or legal process. As with many other forms of communication, the privacy
of
Communications sent and received via the Service cannot be guaranteed by Provider.
Provider will not send you any unsolicited messages except: A) New users may
be sent one or more
Service “Welcome” or update messages explaining features of, or
providing additional information about, the Service; B) Provider may send you
information about the Service, your account, or about other Provider offerings,
but neither Provider nor its affiliates or advertisers will send you unsolicited
messages regarding any other offers or advertisements at any time without your
prior approval to receive such offers from Provider , our affiliates or
advertisers (“opt-in”); C)
Provider may send you notifications related to the status of the Provider
system or other important notices; or D) Provider will never ask for your Credit
Card number, Social Security number, or any other personal information. Provider
is only a conduit for the distribution and receipt of your Communications and
will not divulge any of your personal information or disclose the contents of
any Communications unless, while acting under a good faith belief that in its
sole discretion such action is necessary, to (1) comply with governmental
authorities when legally required to do so, and cooperate with these authorities
investigating claims of illegal activity such as (but not limited to) illegal
transfer or use of copyrighted material, or e-mail containing threats of
violence; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of Provider; (3) enforce
this Agreement; or (4) act to protect the interests of our subscribers or anyone
else that could be harmed by any activities in which the Service has been
utilized.
